I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve from Creative Bathroom who went above and beyond in transforming my upstairs bathroom. Despite encountering unforeseen problems with the house and the bathroom supplier, his expertise, professionalism, and dedication shone through, resulting in a renovation of the highest standard.

From the initial consultation to the final touches, Steve exhibited outstanding communication skills and a meticulous approach. He took the time to understand my requirements, offering valuable suggestions and insights throughout the entire process. His attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship are truly commendable.

Despite complications with the old house, once walls and floors were taken up, he and his team tackled each issue with confidence and expertise, finding innovative solutions that ensured the project progressed smoothly. Their problem-solving skills were invaluable, and I felt reassured knowing that despite numerous unexpected issues and potential obstacles, it would all be ok in the end.

Furthermore, Steve demonstrated incredible professionalism and a real eye for detail, when faced with multiple difficulties related to the bathroom supplier and the fittings they supplied. He managed the situation, coordinating with his contractors and his resourcefulness and determination were truly remarkable. His experience ensured that I received the highest quality materials, fixtures, and fittings for my new bathroom, giving us the finish we were after.

The end result speaks volumes about the craftsmanship and dedication of Creative Bathrooms. Every aspect of the renovation, from the impeccably tiled floors and walls to the flawlessly installed fixtures, is a testament to their skill and attention to detail. He worked diligently and clean to create a space that not only met but exceeded my expectations.

I cannot speak highly enough of Steve. His exceptional skills, unwavering professionalism, and ability to overcome unforeseen challenges make him a true gem in his field. My only regret is that I didn’t use him for my downstairs bathroom renovation.

We wanted an efficient and safe wetroom for my elderly Mum, but without it looking like a hospital. We got a smart, modern wetroom that meets our requirements, but is also a place to be proud of and enjoy. 

Steve was always punctional and considerate in how he worked and kept the place tidy. There were some challenges along the way, but worked through them together to agree appropriate solutions and that made it an easier experience. We did have some cost overruns that needed to be managed, but nothing unduly concerning. 

My Mum and I are very happy and content with the outcome, and its already giving a lot of pleasure. 

Steve and his team have produced a beautiful bathroom that is of the highest standard. His knowledge, expertise and attention to detail is very credible and his advice and guidance on certain products most helpful and this is reflected in the finished result. Communication was excellent at all times. Would definitely recommend 100 percent. 

Steve's preparation and work was meticulous from start to finish.  He has access to high quality tradesmen to assist in all the various aspects of his work and the result was outstanding.  Would have no reservations about using him again or recommending him as a skilled and trustworthy supplier.

Very happy with the results. Steve takes his time to ensure a perfect result. He explains what is happening at each stage. Very tidy and professional at all time. I heard about Steve via a recommendation and I am very happy to recommend him myself.

Almost one year on we are still so pleased with the work Steve and his team did. He is a fanatastic bathroom fitter with a great work ethic.

Steve is professional and has a wealth of knowledge which he used to complete this bespoke refit.

He listened to our requirements and worked with us to ensure the refit went according to plan.

Steve and his team were always polite, got on with the task in hand, checking in with us at every stage and ensured they left the place tidy at the end of each day.

The job took a little longer than anticipated but that was mainly to the bespoke nature of the refit. Steve managed his projects around and ensured the various trades were on site when required.

We are so pleased with the finished result and cannot recommend Steve highly enough.

We could not be happier with the work carried out by Creative Bathrooms. Steve has been managing the project for us and his excellent team of tradesmen the whole way along whilst doing plenty of work himself throughout! The attention to detail is of the highest quality and the communication was excellent for the entire duration.

I would highly recommend Creative Bathrooms to anyone wanting a kitchen refurb and Steve is a real credit to his profession. We will certainly be booking Steve and his team in again for any future projects!
