Steve was incredibly reliable, hardworking, skillfull and tidy. He was full of ideas and knowledge to get around any design problems. My brief was a 'hotel style' bathroom: modern, clean lines, stylish and easy to clean and this is exactly what he has provided! Absolutely delighted with my new bathroom and cloakroom. Also very pleased with the subcontractors he used, ie tiler, electrician, plasterer and decorator. Top job! Will definitely be using Steve again next year to re-design my ensuite! 

Steve arrived on the agreed date at the correct time. His tidiness and quality of work are first class. He will fit a new bathroom suite or just fix a dripping tap. Nice to know this standard of workman is locally available.

Steve is a professional, courteous, genuine and friendly plumber. You could not find a tidier tradesman - he showed great respect for our property by laying dustsheets up the stairs each day and then cleaning and tidying everywhere before leaving. We are delighted with the work he has done and would highly recommend him to others.

Steve was prompt and efficient with appropriate information provided as to what he was doing and any possible options. The work was completed quickly and effectively, with the area tidied after finishing. He was also able to help with a small related issue with courtesy and willingness. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and others.

Our ensuite has been totally transformed. Steve was in regular communication prior to and whilst the work was being carried out. We completely trusted him to undertake the work, leaving him in our home whilst we were away. Would highly recommend.

Steve was amazing in listening to our requests and carrying them out with no fuss and to a very high standard. We are thrilled with our bathroom and will be looking forward to welcoming him back to do our en suite next!

I have no hesitation in recommending Steve, he was punctual, patient (!) and took pride in every aspect of the work completed.

Instead of our existing shower over the bath, we wanted to add a separate shower cubicle. We invited four installers to measure up the job; three of them told us it couldn't be done - it was impossible. 

Steve Flowers alone told us it could be done. Steve presented a creative and innovative solution to the challenge we had set. The result? A spacious, bright and contemporary family bath and shower room which looks as good now, nearly seven years later. We were so impressed, that when it came to replacing our en-suite shower-room in July 2014 (see above), Steve was the only man for the job.
