Nigel and his team were amazing.

Fom the initial planning and design Nigel and his team helped us all the way. We had an extension put onto the house and wanted to extend the kitchen and create an open plan kichen and lounge area.

Nigel helped with the tiling and undeflorr heating his tiler Rob and electrician Adam were fantastic and overcame all the issues with the floor as it was uneven. The undefloor heating works brilliantly and the tiles look fantastic.

Nigel and his team finally came in to skim the walls and finsih off the kitchen it looks better than i ever imagined. His professionalism and expertise throughout the whole process made me feel assured that nothing could go wrong.

I have dealt with trades people before and have had a good service but this was excellent and Nigel made time to answer all my questions and reassure me about the work. He stuck to his timescales and even when he was delayed becuase of the floor he made up the time  and brought it back onto schedule.

Overall a very impressive service and lucky to have had Nigel do the job.

Having used Nigel and his team for our kitchen refit, he was immediately our first port of call when Fitted Wardrobes were required.

Once again we can't recommend him and his team highly enough.

Having been thoroughly let down by previous workmen, a friend recommended that I contact Mr Polson to see if he could assist.

I couldn't be more delighted.  Mr Polson arrived swiftly and was so very thorough, tidy and conscientious.

I would thoroughly recommend Mr Polson who is approachable, logical, polite and delivers quality workmanship and I shall definitely be asking him to complete other work within my project.

When I got to the site, Nigel had made a 1st class job of everything, the fascia was at the correct height, the brickwork was spot on and the return from fascia to verge was perfect (which a lot of carpenters can't do right). The difficult valley was just so neat and tidy and really good.

If I want any work completing on site (as I am not a carpenter) I will always give Nigel a ring as I know I won't be dissapointed. I am a happy customer.

From the moment we met Nigel when he came round to quote we felt very at ease with him - he is really friendly, very professional and also takes the time to say hello to your kids. Once we'd asked him to do the work, it quickly became clear that Nigel is very good at communicating with you throughout the entire build process, unlike some other builders we've used in the past. 

All of the people that Nigel had round to help with the build could not have been more friendly, courteous and hard-working - the brickie was here working until 8.30 one night (during the World Cup) and was really apologetic that he was working so late! Given that we've previously been used to builders calling it a day at 3.30pm, we didn't mind in the slightest. 

One of the many assets about Nigel is that he will be honest with you. There's none of this 'oh it'll be two weeks, mate' type of thing - if it's going to take five weeks, he will say. He's also very punctual - if he says he'll be there at 8am, he will be. 

The final - and most important - point to make is that the quality of his work is outstanding. Our porch had some quite fiddly elements to it but the finish is amazing. If you hire him I guarantee you won't regret it. 

We are very happy with our new kitchen, which was completed to a very high standard with minimal disruption. I would highly recommend Nigel to anyone.

We were very impressed with the service provided by Nigel, from our initial meeting through to the completion of a very professional job and would not hesitate to recommend his services to others. 

Nigel and his team did an excellent job, second to none! Any problems they came up against were resolved to an exceptionally high standard.

Work commenced on 28th April and was completed on 30th April.  The work was of a high standard and great attention was given even to small details, especially when replacing the two bay windows at the front of the property. I don't normally give such high markings but on this occasion I was really impressed with the work and the manner in which it was carried out.
