We had a specific issue and they went above and beyond and out of their way to ensure they could resolve it and they did. I honestly cannot fault them from start to finish. 

Above all else everyone we dealt with were lovely people to deal and we will not go anywhere else for our future project.  

Brian their head fitter was very impressive, he works like a master of his trade and he is highly skilled, he is friendly, helpful and works clean and efficient- lovely guy.  

Thanks to you all, we slept soundly knowing we were safely secure for the first time in weeks and now our door has the wow factor, we are so delighted!

Our whole experience from the start to the finish was impeccable! Tony came to our home with all the necessary knowledge, equipment and patience as we chose our new front door, and not in any way pushy.  

The door was fitted by Brian and his workmanship couldn't be faulted, he was cheery and extremely professional and it was very obvious that cared about his work. 

The whole service overall was as perfect as it could be and more.

Custom Choice has been great from the start to the end of the works. Mike is a nice, relaxed chap and I didn't feel pressured at all.  He answered any queries I had. 

My new door was fitted within two hours! Brian arrived as scheduled and was polite,  tidy and efficient. 

The door looks amazing and I am very happy and my home is more secure.

Tony who came to quote was excellent and had lots of really helpful practical and style advice.  Our fitter, Brian, was utterly superb.  His work is of the highest standard.  To our amazement he managed to remove a set of patio doors singlehandedly and fit the new ones in a morning without any damage at all to plasterwork or paintwork in our lounge. 

Extremely happy with all aspects of the work carried out, which included planning, groundworks, construction, plastering and electricals.

All work was carried out to agreed timings and to a very high quality.

Tony and his team were friendly, polite and did an excellent job. 

They worked quickly and neatly. We are so pleased with the end result and it makes such a difference. Thank you. 

Nothing was too much trouble. Our fitter was Brian. A tradesman who takes pride in his work, and who cleaned up after himself! Every detail was covered and all the work was completed in 4 days. Brilliant service.

If you are looking for new windows and doors please use this firm. We wanted a local, friendly, family run business. From our telephone inquiry to completion was stress free. Work was completed above our expectations, Brian & Tony are amazing, making sure that I was able to open and shut the doors because I have limited strength we are more than pleased with the work windows and bi-folding doors.

From first visit, to completion of work, we received an excellent service from professional nice people. Would highly recommend.
