Having recently had a new front door fitted, I was so impressed by the workmanship that I had a new back door fitted too.

As always, great service and fantastic fitters.

Builders were efficient and tidy.

The window fitter worked alone and was very good, again efficient, tidy and friendly.

Superb work, quality materials used, excellent installation with attention to detail.  The chaps they regularly use for the soffits, fascias, cladding, fibreglass roof amazingly good, really superb work, and very helpful in resolving a major problem found, which they could have passed to me to resolve, as required extensive work.  Is something I will not forget and made a separate financial arrangement to the contract, would be totally unreasonable of me to expect that to be covered by the contract.  Highly recommend them.  No money required up front or deposit required and no request for part payment during the works.  So pleased I followed my gut instincts to go with them and happy to make prompt payment at the end.

Only popped in to the new showroom following a leaflet drop. Was met by Mike and we went through all options for a new front door.

We were not rushed through the process.

Placed the order a few weeks later and fitters came to measure up.

Only 10 days later, the door had arrived at their showroom and so arranged fitting.

The two fitters Graham and Stuart arrived at the stated time and were really great in the installation with no mess left.

So impressed, will now order a back door.

Would recommend Mike and Tariq to friends and neighbours.

Excellent job and price, no pushy sales fitters, did an excellent job on time and left property clean and tidy.

The team that fitted our windows were tidy, polite, and incredibly efficient and we’re really pleased with the end result.

Everybody I met within this Company impressed me. The Sales team were very professional. Gave me extremely detailed information about the small family business, the windows, installation etc. I was not pushed in any way and was pleased to place the order.

Information regarding installation was given to me in a very timely manner, and a mutually convenient date was agreed.

The Installation team arrived at the time agreed. Told me the order in which they wished to commence installation and asked if that was convenient. The team completed all works as agreed, left dust sheets to avoid marks on carpet, every room was left spotless with and dust vacuumed, windows cleaned all to a very high standard,

I have already placed an order for the rest of my house to be double glazed, and look forward to that being completed.

Taking everything into consideration I would have no doubt in recommending Custom Choice Windows Limited to anybody.

This is the second time we've used Custom Choice windows. Last time they did the downstairs windows and the side door. This time they did the upstairs windows. They are by far the best window company we've used. Sales team are not pushy, don't play games and offer a cheap price. The fitters are punctual, friendly, tidy up after, but most importantly get the job done to the highest standard. I recommend these to all my friends. We will use them again next year for when we have a new front door installed.

A superb customer service from start to finish.

Worked to a very good standard and left my home tidy. The doors greatly enhance my bungalow's appearance. 

All involved were very polite and helpful. If there is any issue it would be that as the order took a while to get made up it would have been nicer to have been informed of progress or at least given a rough date rather than left with no contact or information.
