The whole job was excellent. The guys worked quickly and expertly, they were extremely tidy and I would recommend them and Custom Choice to anyone.

From start to finish Custom Choice went over and beyond to deliver an excellent job. Thank you so much Mike for coming out to see me and take the time to understand my needs. The fitters were so tidy and worked non stop.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Mike from Custom Choice Windows as he was enthusiastic about the quality of his product and extremely professional. He helped us to decide on the best product to meet our needs and was always punctual when arriving for appointments. He kept in contact with us throughout and we are thoroughly pleased with our new windows and doors.

Mil,Paul and Josh, the fitting team, arrived promptly at the pre arranged time for installation. They were all friendly and professional and their standard of work and finish were excellent. They cleaned up so well after they’d finished we wouldn’t have known they’d been!

One hears many horror stories about double glazing firms and salesmen. However, Custom Choice Windows was recommended by my work colleague so I made an initial enquiry. The sales team called and made an appointment, which was kept. Mike, who is the owner of the company came to see me and was very professional did not apply any pressure and was very informative. Everything was explained thoroughly and I agreed to go ahead.

A date was set and I was very pleased with all of the follow up information I received. On the appointed day the team, Phil and Mark arrived on time and completed job within one day, very tidily, very professionally and I was extremely pleased with their efforts! Before they left I spoke to the company to confirm that everything had gone to plan.

I am very pleased with the product, also with the way everything has gone and all my preconceived ideas have been dissipated. I cannot recommend a better company than Custom Choice Windows. I will definitely be using Custom Choice in the future. 

Initial meeting 4 January with Tony. Two days later surveyor undertook site dimensions. Windows manufactured and installed just over two weeks later. Wow, what service. No pushy salesmen just good old fashioned customer service. Mil, Paul and Josh worked non stop whilst on site and kept us informed on which areas they would be working. Cleaned up at end of each day left site clean and tidy. Tony and Tariq both visited site during and after windows installed to monitor progress.

Custom Choice Windows are a superb window company. I could not recommend them enough. Their level of customer service is unseen within the window industry. They completely focused on providing an amazing experience from the initial knock at the door, to the cleaning up of the small amount of mess when they finished the work. Every person in the company acted in a professional manner. Also, their products are high quality the fitting was completed to the highest standard.

We are recommending this company to all our friends and family that need windows. Will use them again in the summer.

Generally treated well by the crew, but manged to break a pot of tulips and didn't tell me when sills didn't align properly.

The initial visit by Tariq, to quote, was informative and friendly.We were most impressed with the quality of the product and thought the price quoted was fair. 

The fitters arrived on time, were polite and respectful of our house - cleaning up after completion of each room. Their attention to detail and professionalism was second to none.

We are delighted with the completed job which includes a lovely bathroom window with integral blinds. However the star of the show is our beautiful stained glass landing window.

Very polite, efficient and professional workmen/window fitters, they kept me informed of any problems uncovered when old windows were removed and were able to find solutions to give a very good standard of finish to new installation. 

Mike was straightforward and easy to deal with. Coupled with his knowledge of all products it made this job lots easier and we would definitely recommend his work.

The fitters were also brilliant to deal with and made sure everything was left tidy afterwards.
