Having had some issues with the lock on our front door for quite a while, we ended up in a situation, on a Saturday night, where we couldn't lock it at all.

We called David on the Sunday and he was round in no time. He explained and showed me how the gearbox in the door had failed and why it needed to be replaced, which he then did. Thankfully there was no need for a new lock and keys and all is now operating as it should.

David is a really nice guy. My twins were interested in what he was doing and it was lovely to see how he interacted with them. Honest, courteous and knowledgeable.

I would 100% recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith.

When we had our front door fitted about five years ago, we opted for one without a handle so that it could only be opened by a key. However, with hindsight, it wasn't a very practical lock as if the key was left in the inside, you couldn't get in and if the front door was closed without a key, you also couldn't get in.

I finally decided (after yet another lock-out!) that this lock needed changing. I contacted David and he was absolutely brilliant. He arrived within 10 minutes and, having discussed my issue with him, he recommended the right type of lock to meet my requirements. My front door lock now has a turn-button on the inside which is absolutely perfect. 

David was so professional, was up front with the cost (which was very competitive), no hidden extras, friendly and clearly knows what he is talking about.

I would definitely recommend David to anyone.
