David attended this morning to remove a broken lock and replace with a new one. Job was carried out with professionalism and efficiency. A very satisfied customer.

Would highly recommend. 

David came out very promptly after the mechanism on our front door failed and we could not open it. He quickly identified the issue but due to age of the door/lock could not repair it. It would have been possible to replace the mechanism like for like but David pointed out this would be very costly and he suggested a cheaper alternative which was as good.

All in all very satisfied with the service David provided. Hopefully we won't need his service again but wouldn't hesitate to call him if we did.

Phoned David this morning explaining the problem with main reception door and staff struggling to unlock it. David had visited site and completed the job within 2 hours of phone call.

Very helpful and efficient. 

Unable to lock my conservatory door, I rang David. He was with me within 20 minutes and the job was completed successfully within the hour at a reasonable rate.

Called in the afternoon to get a quote to replace two lock barrels/cylinders for front and back doors. Replied to text very quickly and quoted a very good price. 

Two hours later (when I was free) he turned up and did a very good job and quickly too. 

Very professional, excellent communication, price and service -  just what you want.

Kept fully informed on time of arrival. Work required quickly assessed and price given to fit new lock. Work carried out speedily. A quality job done by a really decent bloke - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend David.

Contacted David yesterday and he came out today as requested. He opened the door, which we couldn't because the gearbox in the lock had failed, changed the lock and the cylinder, freed up the handle and supplied 5 keys. He knew exactly what he was doing and completed the job quickly. Would recommend him if you need a locksmith - very knowledgeable, efficient and I am very pleased I can now open and lock my door.

Excellent work and we now have a perfeclty fitting side door and a new lock barrel. 

5:30pm on a Friday evening, about to leave for the weekend and the french doors wouldn't lock! I called David and he was here within 10 minutes and he created a temporary fix to ensure that my property was secure.

He ordered the part required and returned on the Tuesday to complete the repair.

Fantastic guy; polite, courteous and I recommend him without any hesitation.
