The lock on my patio door had broken, leaving me unable to enter or exit my home. David responded promptly to my call for help. Although he initially lacked the necessary part, he was committed to ensuring my safety, especially considering my age of 78 and living alone. Despite having another appointment scheduled, he contacted that customer to explain the situation and returned with the required part to fix the door.

I cannot express enough how thankful I am for his assistance. David is a genuinely caring and professional individual who truly made a difference to my day. I will definitely keep his contact information and will share it with my friends.

Quick response to my text, arranged to call same day, very polite, explained different products, fitted same time, quote for other work, very pleased with work carried out.

David arrived promptly after my call and returned next day to fit the part. He ensured the door locked securely while we waited for new part and kept me informed throughout. He spent time ensuring that the previous stickiness of the door closure was fixed (even though this was not part of the call out) and made me feel that nothing was too much trouble. Very happy and no hesitation in recommending David.

David was able to come straight away, which was great, as we were locked out of the house.

David attended this morning to remove a broken lock and replace with a new one. Job was carried out with professionalism and efficiency. A very satisfied customer.

Would highly recommend. 

David came out very promptly after the mechanism on our front door failed and we could not open it. He quickly identified the issue but due to age of the door/lock could not repair it. It would have been possible to replace the mechanism like for like but David pointed out this would be very costly and he suggested a cheaper alternative which was as good.

All in all very satisfied with the service David provided. Hopefully we won't need his service again but wouldn't hesitate to call him if we did.

Phoned David this morning explaining the problem with main reception door and staff struggling to unlock it. David had visited site and completed the job within 2 hours of phone call.

Very helpful and efficient. 

Unable to lock my conservatory door, I rang David. He was with me within 20 minutes and the job was completed successfully within the hour at a reasonable rate.
