We had just moved into a new build and therefore needed air conditioning. I had air conditioning installed in my previous home and therefore knew what to expect but one thing I can say is that Simon’s installation was far superior to the previous installer's.

He offered invaluable guidance and presented us with a variety of unit options, allowing us to make an informed choice. We are absolutely delighted with the high-quality units we selected and all the work was carried out in a clean and respectful manner with covering placed over the furniture and floors.

Simon is a really genuine person, friendly and approachable.

Despite being an hour away, Simon consistently arrived punctually each day. He showed great respect for my property by laying down dust sheets throughout the work area. He came equipped with his own vacuum cleaner, ensuring that the space was left tidy and that all waste was removed.

The work was carried out over two and a half days and during that time he hardly stopped for a break – an incredible hard diligent worker.

Upon completion, he left each of the rooms immaculate – you wouldn’t have known that he had been.

He took the time to explain the controls and guided us through downloading the associated app, enabling us to manage the units directly from our phones. Last summer, while watching TV in the evenings, I was able to effortlessly activate the air conditioning via the app before heading to bed.

We have also used it as a heater in the winter.
