No messing, straight on with the job and kept us informed throughout the day. The guys were thorough and took time to ensure our heating was functioning properly before leaving.  Very pleased.

Thoroughly recommend Electri Heat. Have used Electri Heat on several occasions for various plumbing and electrical jobs. Always reliable and an excellent job done at a competitive price. They always get back to you quickly when you contact them, which is a relief when you have a problem you don't know how to solve. Excellent.

This company made immediate contact, arranged a date, came looked and sorted what was needed. Polite, quick and great workmanship. 

Between contacting and coming to do the job was only about a week.  Arrived on time, cleared up and took old taps away.  Would use again.

I was really impressed with both Lee and the gentleman who came with him, (sorry his name escapes me). They did a really professional job for me even though they hit one or two snags in the process. I was so impressed with the two of them.

Glenn and his team are fantastic, and thoroughly recommended, very professional manner. They came in and got the jobs done in no time at all and they did such a great neat job with everything, I was very impressed with the work. 

I would absolutely use Electri Heat again.

When I explained the en-suite shower was the only place my disabled husband could access for a wash, Glenn came within 24 hours of my initial phone call. He completed the work efficiently and tidily.

This morning, I discovered water pouring through the strip-light in my downstairs kitchen. As an 89 year old widow, I was panicking as I didn't know what to do and was convinced that the light would blow and start a fire.

I called my friend and she said ring Safe Local Trades and gave me the number. I spoke to Eileen who was very helpful - she was trying to help me to switch off the electrics and water but I didn't know where the fusebox or stopcock was; I was in a very distressed state.

Eileen assured me that she would get help ASAP and rang me back within 5 minutes to say that Lee Roberts was on his way. Thankfully he was only working around the corner and was with me within minutes as he was keen to ensure that the house was made safe. 

The leak was from the toilet upstairs. Water was coming out through the handle and the leak had come through the ceiling light. He assured me that by the looks of it, it hadn't been leaking long and therefore hopefully no ceiling damage had taken place.

When he checked the fuse-board, one of the fuses had popped and he contacted his electrician partner Glenn who is due round this afternoon to replace the fuse and ensure that all is okay.

Lee ensured that I had a working toilet downstairs and that I was safe and they would be back later to ensure that I have lights for this evening.

Thank you Lee and Safe Local Trades - you have been like the 4th emergency service today and I can't thank you enough.

What a brilliant team, work done was carried out to very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble. Our new boiler was relocated from our utility room to our airing cupboard. Can't believe how quick the guys worked. 

They installed new radiators for us and removed old. 

Very conscious of any mess they made (which was next to nothing, I was expecting a whole lot more)
