Glenn responded promptly to my email. After a visit from Lee, a quote  was submitted which I had no hesitation in accepting. He and Lee carried out the work in their ususal friendly and professional way. Excellent work and service from start to finish. This is the third time we have called on them and have no hesitation in recommending them without reservation.

Glenn managed to fit us in quickly as John Lewis had delivered a cooker but could not install it as planned.  He was very helpful, gave a number of options and can't fault his work.  An excellent job!

Not only did ElectriHeat do a great job with the shower install, it was a competitive price and the guys were very accommodating regarding my working hours and getting the job done.

All work finished in time scale agreed. Punctual, each day a different job was done in a professional and efficient manner. The plasterer and tiler were employed by Glenn and Lee. All work was completed to a high standard.

Lee visited, reviewed the job and provided a solution and a quote, detailing clearly the works. He was very easy to deal with when setting up the work - offered several options. He attended and completed the work, laying dust sheets all the way up the stairs. He fixed our problem. Left no mess at all, and we are happy. No hesitation in recommending. Thank you.

Glenn arrived on time, discovered the fault, purchased the part locally and completed the job all within 2 hours. Brilliant quick service and would not hesitate to recommend or use him again. 

I had previously been let down by another company in the Peterborough area who did not turn up for the appointment, and Electri Heat was originally to be my second choice. However, I see now that this was a mistake as they should have been my first choice. Electri Heat were fantastic in being able to conduct the work at short notice, and were able to keep the costs to a reasonable level given the work involved.

I will certainly be using their services again.

This job was carried out with friendly, courteous service. Couldn't fault it.

New waste outlet looks great and no longer needs an old fashioned plug. Work was completed in very good time, all mess was cleaned up and bath panel replaced after I was given the opportunity to see it was no longer leaking. Price was much less than I had been quoted from other well known company who also didn't appear as promised. Excellent job well done.

Can highly recommend and will be using them again.
