ElectriHeat made what I thought would be a formidable task, seem easy. They were considerate and fully prepared to explain the workings of the boiler. It was a miserable, rainy day - but they simply ignored that. We are very happy with the work.

What impressed me most about Lee from the outset is the respect that he showed for our property. We had just had new carpets fitted and he ensured that they were covered with the most protective sticky carpet protector, which works better than any dust-sheets. He did an incredible clean and tidy job, with no mess.

It is obvious that he is very experienced and he carried out the job efficiently and on time with the minimum of fuss. The existing shower was not compatible with the new boiler so he rectified this also, ensuring that we had hot water straight away.

I am completely happy with the job carried out; I feel I had great value for money and I would definitely use Lee again and will recommend to others.
