Our tenant's electric hob and separate cooker stopped working. Glenn had a look and found the fuse had blown.
Comments:
Called Glenn as a new customer on Sunday evening; I was expecting an answerphone but within 24 hrs the repair had been done. He called me to tell me his findings and to give me a choice between a new fuse or a fuse which the tenant could reset. Clear communication about cost of call-out, labour, parts and time-scale. My tenant called it a perfect experience.

Glenn's quote was the most competitive in comparision to the other electricians we contacted.
We found Glenn to be reasonable and reliable e.g., midway through the installation my wife and I decided to make changes to the light positions in the living room. Despite the additional work this caused, Glenn carried out our instructions at no extra cost. We also ordered a light fitting that didn't turn up until the job was complete; Glenn was very understanding about this and came back to fit it in his own time.
We are delighted with the work Glenn carried out in our home. His standard of work is excellent and his attention to detail flawless. We would highly recommend him.
