Following my enquiry, Hereward Curtains promptly arranged a visit to measure up and was advised on my choice for each room on the type of blind required, shapes and colours. I accepted the quote and paid 50% of total costs, the remainder to be paid upon completion.

I was contacted by phone and a time arranged for assembly on 7/9/22. Simon arrived at the time arranged and then followed the written instructions from the invoice. He quickly moved from room to room without fuss. I was really pleased with the workmanship and time keeping.

Once again, I am delighted with the service supplied by Hereward Curtain Company. I popped into their showroom a few weeks ago, chose two beautiful materials for roman blinds; one for the lounge and one for my bedroom, placed my order and requested that black-out lining is included with each.

Simon arrived promptly this morning and carried out the fitting in a polite, efficient and skillful manner.

The blinds have now transformed both rooms and look stunning.

We recently had our lounge redecorated and needed a new blind. I visited Hereward Curtain Co and chose a lovely stone coloured one with mocha tapes.

Simon, the fitter, arrived yesterday to fit it. He did a perfect job and was quick and efficient.

Originally blind was fitted with 'wrong' adjusters - pulleys instead of wand. This was a manufacturer error. Pauline corrected the problem without any fuss or bother. Very neat and tidy - Simon who fitted the correct blind even filled in the small screw hole where pulley fastening was situated.

Will use again as customer satisfaction is very important to them.

Once again, Hereward Curtain Co have provided an excellent service. They were extremely helpful when I visited the shop to choose my blinds and nothing was too much trouble. Simon the fitter installed them all perfectly and the result is fabulous - I am delighted with my new blinds and can highly recommend this company; I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have just had my 'Click to Fit' blinds fitted by Simon and I am delighted with the quality of product and the entire overall service. Simon also shortened the pully and the cord so that they were high up and would not get in the way.
