We asked Clayton to return to look at a blocked down pipe after 5 months. He responded very promptly and in a very friendly way to my phone call and came to see us the next day. He very quickly unblocked our down pipe and fixed it so that it would never happen again. No charge. Excellent after care customer service. Just perfect. Thank you so much.
