Reviews of J&M Locksmiths

We recently moved into our new home and needed a new lock for our front door for security purposes. I made some enquiries to get a quote for this work and J&M Locksmiths offered the best competitive price.

Jessica and Melita arrived to carry out the work - both are really lovely people, very nice, very friendly. They did a perfect job with the lock replacement and provided me with several new keys.

I cannot fault anything with the service I received and would 100% recommend them to anyone. I will be having them back again soon as I have another job for them.

We have a rented garage in Stevenage that we use for file storage. Unfortunately we lost our set of keys for both the outer door padlock and the two internal filing cabinets. 

Jessica and Melita gained entry to all three locks for us, they were cheerful, friendly, professional, and very efficient. They also provided us with advice on replacing the locks on the filing cabinets.

We were very grateful for the service they provided and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending J&M Locksmiths to anyone who requires a locksmith.

I could not find the keys to my locked shed and desperately needed to gain entry. When getting quotes from other locksmiths, I couldn't believe what they wanted to charge! I appreciate that it was a weekend, but even so, some were over double the price that J&M Locksmiths quoted, therefore I was so grateful to have found them.

When they turned up to do the job, I found them both very engaging, professional and very pleasant people. They managed to gain entry to the shed very quickly.

I subsequently found the key at the bottom of my toddler's ball pit!
