Having moved to a very rural area for the first time in my life, next to open countryside and dikes, pest control has been a real eye opener for me.

First it was rats, then an infestation of strawberry beetles in the garage, to wild rabbits that love to eat all my plants and flowers; we absolutely value the service, advice and knowledge that James so expertly provides.

I have learnt so much, in particular the preventive measures that we need to take.

We have James on a monthly visit basis. He surveys the bait stations to see what has been taken and knows exactly what type of animal it is. He is so experienced; an absolute fountain of knowledge and, at his last visit he mentioned about the harvest in the adjacent fields and the activity that it can create on our property which was so useful to know.

When his visit is due, he is very flexible and accommodating with his schedule to suit us – always excellent communication throughout.

He is also a really nice character, approachable, easy to talk to and I am very comfortable with him pottering around when he is here. He is like part of the family; our kids know him and he fits right in.

I would happily have him continue this service forever and cannot recommend him highly enough.

James responded very quickly to my enquiry. He arrived when he said he would and was absolutely wonderful. Polite, friendly and with a great sense of humour. Really knowledgeable.

James provides me with monthly visits to carry out the necessary checks to ensure there are no pests on the farm. Previously he has dealt with mice and rats, and I'm delighted to say that currently there are no signs of these as his work is always thorough.

He is a personable professional and very helpful, always keeping me updated and explaining what he is doing during every visit.

I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

I cannot recommend James highly enough; he is an absolutely top bloke. He is friendly, honest, knowledgeable – a really lovely genuine polite chap. Although he is a young man, he is proper ‘old school’ which I appreciate.

My wife is extremely houseproud, and she wouldn’t have any tradespeople in the home unless they totally respected our property. James carried out work on a fly infestation in our loft and he did a brilliant spotless job – she was so impressed with him.

10/10 across the board and I would not use anyone else.
