From tendering the work JC would not quote us until we completed drawings through an architect. This instantly set an impression to us about the standards that JC work to. After receiving a detailed quote JC was also able to clearly answer all questions we had on the tender which reasurred us that they had carefully considered how they would complete the work.  

Communication throughout the project was always clear, which we appreciated. JC would quickly respond to messages, let us know how the build was going as well as keeping us up to date with works to follow.  

One of the things that impressed me most was how tidy the work area JC and his team kept throughout, cleaning up after all works each day. This was brilliant from our point of view. I don't think any extension works like ours could be easy and seamless but JC did their best to keep this as seamless and stressfree as possible which we are incredibly greatful for.  

We also could not be happier with the finish of work and are incredibly pleased with our extended home.  

JC manages his teams well and coordinates all trades making everything very easy for us. We had foundations made, bricks laid, roofing, carpentry, plumbing, electrics, glazing, plastering and more and he coordinated the lot incredibly well.  

I would feel incredibly comfortable using JC again in the future having had a very positive experience. Thank you for a great job. 

Jack is a very hard worker, he always keeps you updated with the progress of the work.

Jack is very responsive and collaborative person. The end result is great! There was no need for "recall" and after-work fixing of problems. All professional who attended the property and were of high quality.

The quality and finish is excellent, the site was always left clean and tidy. The communication was excellent at all times. We have now used them on 3 x projects, all of which we are happy with.

We have now contracted them in to build the new garage at my fathers house.

Magnificent piece of work - now better than when it was originally built. Very helpful advice given in advance of job being done. Not only is Jack's work accomplished, skillful and professional in all respects, but the work was completed with no disturbance to us at all. A great person to deal with.

Jack is a lovely lad who is very neat and tidy, you wouldn’t even know he had been on site. He is very affordable and a genuine friendly guy too who listens to what you want, instead of telling you what you don’t want!

We knew of Jack because his family are local tradespeople and therefore we knew he had a good work ethic and reputation. I had jobs that I could do but would be very time consuming as my aged patio needed a lot of TLC. 

We like to use local firms and have heard of Safe Local Trades and are really pleased Jack is to become a member.

Jack came around and quoted a very fair price for the works needed to be done. He is very polite, his manners are second to none, he is respectful of your home and explains exactly what he is going to do.

We agreed to go ahead and Jack carried out the work to our full satisfaction. He had to replace a few bricks on the corner of a wall and this was done perfectly.

We are so pleased with Jack that we have already booked him for further work in the Spring to gravel our driveway.

10/10 on all aspects, and highly recommendable.
