The first thing that really impressed me about Jake was how immaculately turned out he was for both the initial meeting to discuss the work, and also when he turned up to carry out the work. He is very easy to talk to, very polite and respectful.

The property was empty and I was happy to provide him with the keysafe code when he arrived early yesterday morning. No messing around, he got straight to work. Once all the jobs were completed by lunchtime today, you wouldn't have known he had been as the area was left clean and spotless.

Great communication throughout, letting me know when the supplies were ready and keeping me updated on all progress.

I would most definitely recommend him to anyone and, when it is time for us to fit a new kitchen in the property, he will be our first port of call.

I cannot fault Jake in any way.

When I initially spoke to him on the phone I could tell that he was very courteous and friendly. When he arrived to quote for the work, we ended up chatting about the fact of why I needed to change the doors as some had glass in them and were not suitable for my child who has special needs. He was really kind and understanding of my situation, a really genuine nice person.

He did a fantastic job with fitting the new doors, which had to be cut down to size to fit perfectly. He brought his own hoover and tidied up everywhere afterwards.

Jake is a kind, friendly, approachable chap and I am completely happy with the job he did. In fact I am having him back next month to do the final two doors that need doing.

I could not have asked for anyone better than Jake and would definitely recommend him to everyone.

Jake responded very quickly to my enquiry, he came and looked at the job and then provided me with a quote which I found to be very reasonable, I was therefore happy for him to do the job.

On the agreed day he arrived on time and was completely professional and methodical in every way. I was particularly impressed with the inside of his van which was a great reflection of Jake’s character and work ethic - it was extremely tidy, and everything was in place so he knew where all his tools were.

The job was not straight forward which meant that it went well beyond the time allowance. Jake went over and above to get the job finished, staying very late; he was very thorough and with great dedication.

Jake is a really nice friendly chap and, if I had to leave him alone in the house, I would not have had any reservations about this – he is honest and trustworthy.

I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
