I phoned Kevin with a simple problem that I didn't understand except I had no electricity, he talked me through what to do over the phone in a few minutes and all is sorted with no call out fee or charge of any kind. Thanks Kevin. I will contact you again if the need arises.

In the end no work as such was required. I now know what to do in a similar situation!

I rang Kevin in the morning and he came out to me within a few hours. He located the fault (which wasn't easy to find) and rectified the problem and, in addtion, he also replaced a faulty light swtich.

Kevin is a well-mannered and extremely professional tradesman who I shall be using going forward on other jobs.

I contacted Kevin last Friday and explained that I needed the chandelier to be removed from my living room and replaced with a different one. He said he could do this on Monday afternoon.

He arrived as promised, removed the chandelier but on checking the replacement found it was missing a small part. As a result of this he couldn’t put it up. He then offered to put up a basic light fitting for me and this I accepted. He tided up the hanging wires and put the new fitting up, and a light bulb, tided up all bits of discarded wire, accepted his fee and wished me good day.

Kevin responded very quickly to my enquiry, He arrived yesterday to assess the job and returned this morning to carry out the work which consisted of the removal of two old outside lights and installing a replacement motion sensor one.

Kevin was very polite and courteous and carried out the work efficiently, cleanly and safely.

When I moved into this house, I found that there were a lot of botched DIY jobs! I had two consumer boards; one for internal and the other for external electrics, the latter of which had no scope to add any extras to it. 

Kevin really knows his trade and provided expert advice, knowledge, and recommendations on how to future-proof the new external fuse board using some individual RDC circuits to provide better long-term protection. 

He also installed some external plug sockets and then carried out a safety check on all the work.

I am very pleased with everything that Kevin did and I will certainly use him again.

Kevin is extremely dependable and very responsive to our requests for his services. The quality of his work is of the highest standard and, due to the nature of our business (children's play centre), I feel 100% comfortable when he is on-site as he is the utmost professional.  

He is also a very clean and tidy worker and, although we have cleaners on site which I offer to him, he always insists on hoovering up after himself.
