Krzysztof came to give me a quotation and then spent several weeks looking for the right toilet unit. On the day of installation, he arrived at the time agreed. Immediately put down covers to protect carpets. Carried out the work very efficiently and asked me to check if work completed to my satisfaction, which it was.  He left everything neat and tidy.

The bill came in on budget and I have to say that over all he was just the sort of tradesman I was looking for. I would thoroughly recommend him.

The water pressure in our kitchen tap dropped unexpectedly over a week ago. We knew we needed an expert so we called Kris in to have a look. We thought we might need a new tap but this wasn't the case - thankfully Kris managed to restore it to full flow.

I extend my sincere gratitude to Kris for accommodating my request on such short notice and fitting me into his busy schedule. Although the installation of the Water2 filter is generally straightforward according to the provided instructions, I encountered difficulty in loosening the nut beneath the kitchen sink, which was firmly stuck due to the area's hard water. In addition to addressing this issue, Kris identified a malfunctioning main valve and replaced it. 

When I realised that the water cartridge for my American fridge freezer was located externally, I struggled to extract the unit from its tight kitchen enclosure. Kris efficiently managed to remove it, and the new cartridge is now successfully installed. 

Furthermore, upon discovering a leak at the base of the ensuite shower over the weekend, Kris conducted a thorough assessment and accurately identified the source of the leaks, and we are currently discussing potential solutions. 

Kris possesses a calm nature, is friendly and cheerful, and demonstrated respect for my property by using shoe covers and leaving the work areas clean and organised. 

I have no hesitation in recommending Kris to anyone in need of his services.
