I work for a letting agents in Peterborough. Michael has done work for us for many years, typical types of jobs are carrying out electrical inspections, installing electrical appliances, rewiring, installing smoke alarm systems. Basically all aspects of electrical work, no matter how big or how small Michael gives the same professional service every time.

Very efficient, professional service. Michael had the forethought to consult with a heating engineer prior to his visit, after we had explained the problem, which saved time at this busy time of year.

Summary:
Following installation of a new dimmer switch in the bathroom, 2 days ago, there was a 'pop' and all upstairs lights went out. I didn't want to replace the fuse in the fuse box without finding out what the original problem was, so called Michael. He came round within a couple of hours, found that the dimmer switch was faulty qne replaced with a plain switch, to get my bathroom lights working again and sorted the blown fuse in the fuse box.
Comments:
Michael was quick to help, wore a mask throughout, appreciated as I'm on the 'at risk' register, and identified the problem very quickly. He is very professional and explained the issue clearly, before fixing it. I feel very confident about using his services again, as I plan to replace the fuse box with RCP and appreciated his explanation about that job, time and costs. Excellent service.
