Michael tried many ways to get reception of these lost channels, including being up on the flat roof replacing parts in the satellite to increase signal; he was determined to find the fault.

He is the man and I'm happy to say a simple reason for the fault in my connection was found - the back plate was faulty! His expertise and knowledge got there in the end.

Michael is a very pleasant and polite gentleman and he did a very efficient job for a very reasonable price.

On his initial visit to inspect the light, he confirmed that it needed replacing and assured me that the exisiting one would be removed and disposed of safely (due to the fluorescent tubes) which I was grateful for.

He bought a new one and returned to fit it and then provided me with a signed receipt. A very professional service with covid awareness in place too.
