Summary:
Stable block conversion creating two dwellings.
Comments:
As a local building company, we use Neil as our roofing contractor. We recently carried out a large stable conversion on the Bedford Estate and Neil completed all the roofing work. Myself, the architect involved and our important client were extremely pleased with the end result. I can always trust Neil to do a quality job and he is professional, friendly and courteous. What is also refreshing is that Neil has a conscience and always endeavours to do the best possible job and ensures that everywhere is clean and tidy afterwards. I would absolutely recommend Neil to anyone.

Summary:
New felt & flashing over bay window. Leaks in roof repaired and new air ducts fitted.
Comments:
The felt and flashing over our bay window had previously been installed by a cowboy but Neil repaired it all to our satisfaction. There were also leaks in our roof and Neil was able to find the cause (due to air ducts & slates not fixed) and he also put that right. We found him to be professional and trustworthy and he is also a very nice friendly chap. As pensioners, he gave us a competitive quote, which we were pleased with, and there were no hidden extras. We are very happy with the work carried out and would recommend Neil to others.

Summary:
Repair slipped tiles around dormer window and repair woodwork. Paint facias.
Comments:
Neil gave a very friendly and efficient service. He came to repair the tiles first before it rained and then came a few weeks later to complete the painting work. All work was done do our satisfaction.
