Nene Valley uPVC came and managed to get them open and to a state where we could open and shut them without needing to replace the handle. He also gave us advice on how to keep the windows in good working order.

We had a problem when the window in the bedroom wouldn't open and the handle felt loose. I rang Andrew up and he came out the next morning and repaired it all within 15 minutes. The handle had come off the spindle.
