The whole team at Nene Valley uPVC have been fantastic from start to finish. The work has literally just been completed and I couldn't wait a second longer to provide a review.

I initially contacted the team around Christmas/ New Year along with a few other companies to get a rough quote for replacing some blown window panes. Nene Valley uPVC responded very quickly despite being in the festive season.

The team came out for an initial quote appointment and had a thorough look at the window and informed us that the whole unit needed replacing but were very patient to explain why and answer any questions we had.

During this visit, they also repaired a broken window handle in the kitchen for us.

The quote we received was very reasonable and on the lower end of what we expected to pay.

At the follow up visit to get a proper measure up done, we discovered the unit was actually a set of French Doors, the internal parts were just so worn that it took a lot of force to get them open.

Due to there being a Juliet balcony railing outside, the quote had to get amended to include the construction of scaffolding and an extra team member - we were a little worried if this would greatly impact the original quote however it was not much more than an extra £150 which we thought was very reasonable and the team were very apologetic as they don't make a habit of changing quotes once they've been accepted.

The job was completed today. The team arrived at 08:30am on the dot and were quick to get to work. They regularly communicated throughout the process to update on how things were going and asked before carrying out any unplanned changes that needed to be done in order to complete the work.

They were polite, tidy and very efficient. Other than the smell of the sealant (and of course the beautiful new French door fitting) you'd never know they'd been here.

I would highly recommend Nene Valley uPVC for their excellent communication, high quality craftsmanship and tidy work ethic to anyone needing any work doing for windows and doors.

We likely have a few more windows and doors that will need addressing in the next few years and I won't hesitate to use them again. 

Replacement was carried out quickly and efficiently. Andrew was friendly and professional. This is the 3rd time we have used Nene Valley and I would definitely recommend them.

Now thats what I call service! Fixed both our front and rear upvc doors which now open and close so smoothly and silently. Not even an emergency but came out same day and fixed the problem quickly, efficiently and with a smile. Don't think that kind of service can be beaten, not to mention the excellent quality of work and price. So happy to have doors that work properly again - thank you. Would highly recommend this company to everyone. 

I have nothing but praise. I could not have wished for better service from assessment to fitting. The communication was excellent and the date for fitting was worked around my availability. Very friendly, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend. 

The work was carried out very quickly, minor adjustments were made so that the windows opened and closed more easily, then the windows were cleaned.

Andrew did a fantastic job repairing and realigning my french doors, with a full explanation how achieved beyond adjusting the hinges. Am confident they'll survive another heatwave now! Bang on time, very reasonable price. Will defintely recommend.

Andrew repaired my sliding patio door, which needed new rollers underneath the door. I was very pleased with the work which was very successful. They kept in touch by telephone regarding the appointment. They were very friendly and helpful in all my dealings with them, both on the phone and in person.
