When the locking mechanism of our back door broke we felt very vulnerable. After searching safelocaltrades.com we contacted Nene Valley Reairs and to our relief and surprise they agreed to carry out a prompt repair. Andrew was with us by lunch time, quickly establishing the source of the problem and within little more than an hour had fitted a replacement unit. Andrew was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He soon identified the problem and worked quickly to carry out a repair. Everything was left clean and tidy and the door mechanism now works perfectly. Thank you.

Really quick response to contact -Andrew came to visit, clearly explained what needed to be done and the cost. Booked in, phoned when on the way. Work done -really efficient. Really impressed -would highly recommend this company and wouldnt hesitate to call them again for an install or a repair.  

Phoned on 11th December, Andrew arrived next day and explained what the problem might be. Looked at it and had the door open within 15 minutes. Brilliant. Had to change some things which he already carried in his van, so no need to order and make another journey.
