In the first instance, Gary from Locksmith Doctor came to look at the job. He carried out a full investigation of the lock and said there was nothing wrong with it - the problem was that the door needed realigning. I was grateful for his honesty and he put me in touch with fellow-Safe Local Trades member Jon from Nene Valley UPVC Repairs.

Andrew arrived at the time specified and worked diligently round the required repairs. After the job was completed there was no evidence that work had been done other than that the windows were all fixed - no mess whatsoever. The work was completed in very good time and with minimum fuss. We are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. The price charged was extremely reasonable.
