Logged my request mid morning on Monday, Jon called round and assessed the job later that afternoon and work was completed by 1.00pm on Tuesday.  How's that for service.

I would certainly use this company again, if the need arises and will certainly recommend to family and friends.

I had Craig in, from Nene Valley uPVC Repairs, to replace a blown window unit in an upper-floor bedroom, and a tricky pie-wedge triangular window unit in a conservatory, that I had cracked when DIY-installing some roller blinds (mind those screw lengths!).

Craig's measurements for the ordering of the triangular window were spot-on, and the work on both 30-year-old windows was skilled and surprisingly quick. Craig's obvious experience, his skill, and his friendly, easy-going nature were a pleasure to encounter.

I simply would NOT ring any other company if I need uVPC window work done again.

Rang at 10am, Jon came out to see what the problem was at 1:30pm and ended up fixing the problem for us. Couldn't ask for better service, thank you. Excellent and explained everything. 

Quick, efficient, clean and friendly. 

I would use them again. 

Andrew inspected the windows and we discussed what was required.

Jon provided a quote and answered my questions as to lead time and how long the fitting would take. 

Craig and Leo arrived at the time stated to fit the windows panels. 2 fitted quickly and easily.  Sadly the other one was not a good fit and a new panel was immediately put on order. The original panel was reinstalled in the mean time. The replacement panel was manufactured and was fitted.

Good job all round by everyone involved.

I would be happy to recommend and to use again myself should the need arise.

We contacted Andrew who called to see us within days of our enquiry.  He was very easy to talk to, listened to our concerns and gave a quote for the work, which we were happy with.  He had to order the new unit and came and did all the work within the timescale he gave us originally.  

We are very happy with the work and would happily recommend him.

I was about to go on holiday and discovered that one of the window keys was jambed and I was unable to lock my window. Being aware that this would invalidate my house insurance, I contacted Nene Valley UPVC Repairs and they responded promptly and came to my rescue at very short notice.

By replacing the faulty hinge and lock, all then worked perfectly and I could go away knowing that all was secure.

They were very friendly and helpful and they did an excellent job.

My UPVC door was hanging off its hinges and I was unable to lift the door or attempt to resit the door on them - this left me in a vulnerable position as I was unable to lock it properly.

Andrew responded very quickly to my request and did a fantastic job. Thankfully he had some hinges in his van and he worked hard to resolve the issue and fully aligned the door so that it was locking with ease once again.

Very nice young man, very polite, kind and caring - just lovely.

My mum, who has arthritis, was struggling to lock her patio door.  Very pleased with service provided by Nene Valley.  They came out promptly and were very pleasant and courteous.  They quickly rectified the problem and my mum now has peace of mind that she is able to lock it without a problem.  Would definitely recommend this company.
