External upvc door opening mechanism stuck and handle not working. The problem was very quickly identified and part changed out, saving me having to buy a new door!
Comments:
John was super efficient and he really does know his stuff. He explained the problem through and showed me what was causing it. He is tidy throughout the job and cleared up after too, testing it all worked before handing back my key.
I've used Nene Valley for 3 jobs now and wouldn't go anywhere else.
