Paul replied to my email query within an hour. He arrived promptly the next evening, identified what part was needed and came back the next evening and completed the work. 

Paul is reliable, friendly and trust worthy. We will definitely ask Paul to complete further work for us and would definitely recommend.

Paul responded quickly to my email, came to look at the job when he said he would and kept to the appointed day to do the work. When we was held up for a couple of hours on another job, he phoned ahead to explain. The work was completed very well and for a fair price. I would certainly use him again with complete confidence.

Good job done! When I was desperate to get my new washing machine fitted, after the delivery men couldn't do it. Paul came as quickly as he could and did the job very efficiently.
