Paul identified and fixed a seal in our upstairs shower drain and the dripping stopped completely.

As always, Paul arrived swiftly, he is friendly, approachable and efficient. He explains the work he wants to do and why. Very reliable and we have confidence in his approach. 

Paul came the following day after I asked for a repair to my poor draining toilet.

He diagnosed a problem with the outside drains which needs specialist help and DID NOT CHARGE for the call out.

This was an amazing quick service from a plumber and I will engage him again if I have a plumbing need, knowing he will not take advantage of me or fob me off with unnecessary work.

Paul had previously checked the problems we were having and came to do the job with the necessary kit and equipment. He carried out the work quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision. He left the room clean having tidied up after himself.

Paul came to us promptly at the time arranged, we had a leak which he sorted. We explained we could not find a stop cock so had to switch the water off in the street!

He arranged to come the following week to investigate and suggested it may be behind the fitted kitchen units. As arranged Paul returned today. After a thorough search Paul assessed the stop cock was probably boxed and tiled in within the bathroom. As this will be a major job we will leave it until we go for a bathroom refurbishment.

Paul was helpful and communicated well.  His work was to a high standard.  I would recommend him.

I called Paul this morning as my elderly mum had a problem with her toilet. He was friendly and courteous and has just sorted the issue out now - only a few hours after I called. Mum is very pleased, as am I. Great service and would definitely recommend Paul. Very efficient, clean and tidy.

Paul was very quick to respond to our enquiry about our constantly dripping tap. He said it should be fixable, rather than having to replace the whole unit.

After much effort on his part, he was able to remove and replace the valve which was causing the issue. The tap is working perfectly, no more drips, at a fraction of the cost of a new one.

Will definitely contact Paul for any future plumbing issues.
