Paul arrived at the time stated to look at the job. Discussed the job. Measured up and later emailed a professional and detailed estimate.

We agreed a fitting time and date. Paul arrived at the time stated. He worked tidily. The job was completed and the system tested. Everything was left clean and tidy. 

Additionally Paul explained the use of the decorators cap which could be used to replace the thermostatic valve so that the the radiator could be isolated and safely remove to decorate behind it. 

The whole process was easy and I would be happy recommend Paul and would have no hesitation in using him again.

Messaged Paul about our problem and he replied quickly to say he was away but would get back to us the following week. He did this on the Monday morning and arranged to visit on the Tuesday. He turned up on time and not only diagnosed the problem but went off to get the parts and came back and did the work that morning. We were extremely impressed by this speed of attention. The work was done quickly and cleanly and both problems are fixed. All at a very reasonable price too.

Will not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.

Paul was on time and left the area where he worked clean and tidy. He explained what was causing the problems and repaired them quickly. This is the second time he has repaired something for me and I will definitely use him again.

Paul is my hero of the day. After being let down three times by our regular plumber I contacted Safe Local Trades, who gave me Paul's details.

He arrived first thing this morning and the work was carried out with good humour and efficiency - I am a happy customer who can now get on with my washing!

On Wednesday our shower was found to be faulty. Paul arrived later that day by arrangement and checked for a suitable replacement. Sent details of cost later that day. On Thursday I was given time for work to be done. The new shower was fitted at time agreed, 8.30 Friday morning. Place was left clean and tidy, all waste removed: only a working shower remained. Superb service. I would award 12 out of 10 if I could!

I am over the moon with the service provided by Paul. I had lived with these leaky taps for so long and to finally have them fixed is such a huge relief. There must have been air trapped in the pipes as each night I was woken up by loud rattling in the pipes.

Paul is such a lovely man - punctual, courteous and he carried out the work quickly and efficiently. I was so impressed.

Paul responded very quickly to my enquiry and managed to get her within a couple of hours. The job with the leaking toilet was not straight-forward - upon investigation, the back had simply corroded due to age. He ended up having to take all the toilet and pipework apart and put it back together again in order to resolve the issue.

My husband and I were delighted with Paul and the service he provided. He is a very pleasant and cheerful man and nothing was too much trouble. The job was carried out with good humour and he cleaned the whole area up aftwards.

We have asked him back to replace one of our radiators and we also have a leaking tap which he will replace for us.

This is the second time have I used Paul’s services and, again, I only commend his work. He got the work done professionally and promptly. The toilet tank proved to be more problematic than he first thought, but he came back a couple of times to ensure it was fully fixed.

Undoubtedly my go to person for any plumbing requirements.

Paul has been great from our initial engagement. Quick to respond, diagnose and fix issue at a reasonable price. Friendly chap and very helpful currently asked Paul to quote for a couple of other jobs that need doing. Definitely recommend.
