We had two visits from Paul recently. Firstly, having experienced water pouring through the down-light in the kitchen a few weeks ago, we contacted him and he responded very quickly. He discovered that the drain in the shower tray had never been sealed and water was escaping through that. He sealed it and that has solved the problem. 

At the time, we told him that we needed a new cover for our water tank in the loft. He took measurements and, as it was a very old style tank, he did warn us that any type of cover for these could be discontinued. Having carried out research on our behalf, this turned out to be the case and therefore he managed to get a waterproof board which he cut to size and fitted that, which we are very happy with.

Paul is such a lovely chap, very personable, helpful with a great 'can do' attitude. A very experienced plumber who knows what he is talking about.

Paul always arrives by the time stated and he explains what he will need to do.

He works in a very tidy way and leaves everything clean and neat. 

He needed to remove the toilet to replace the seal. He completed the repair by siliconing round the toilet base.

I am very pleased with his work and am keeping him on my 'go to' list.

Contacted Paul to carry out small jobs at my elderly parents home. Paul arrived when stated made my parents feel at ease. Paul was brilliant the flush on their toilet had broken that morning. He sourced materials, returned and fitted replacement so they had a working toilet.

All work was completed, leaving my parents very happy and will definitely use in the future and highly recommend.

Contacted Paul with enquiry for work to be carried out, Paul very promptly replied and appointment was made. Work carried within the week after materials sourced. Premises left clean and tidy.

We agreed a fitting time and date. Paul arrived at the time stated. He worked tidily. The job was completed and the system tested. Everything was left clean and tidy. 

Additionally Paul explained the use of the decorators cap which could be used to replace the thermostatic valve so that the the radiator could be isolated and safely remove to decorate behind it. 

The whole process was easy and I would be happy recommend Paul and would have no hesitation in using him again.

Messaged Paul about our problem and he replied quickly to say he was away but would get back to us the following week. He did this on the Monday morning and arranged to visit on the Tuesday. He turned up on time and not only diagnosed the problem but went off to get the parts and came back and did the work that morning. We were extremely impressed by this speed of attention. The work was done quickly and cleanly and both problems are fixed. All at a very reasonable price too.

Will not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.
