I called Paul this morning as my elderly mum had a problem with her toilet. He was friendly and courteous and has just sorted the issue out now - only a few hours after I called. Mum is very pleased, as am I. Great service and would definitely recommend Paul. Very efficient, clean and tidy.

Paul was very quick to respond to our enquiry about our constantly dripping tap. He said it should be fixable, rather than having to replace the whole unit.

After much effort on his part, he was able to remove and replace the valve which was causing the issue. The tap is working perfectly, no more drips, at a fraction of the cost of a new one.

Will definitely contact Paul for any future plumbing issues. 

All work carried out to a high standard, Paul sucessfully unblocked drain in bathroom. If you are a female and are concerned about letting workmen in to your house, I vouch for Paul, he is very safe.

Paul did a very good job installing our new toilet. He was punctual, efficient, and left everything neat and tidy. I would certainly recomment him.

Paul was perfectly on time. Diagnosed issue and also showed me the problem. Had to go to get new part but job fully completed in an hour. Clean and tidy. Explained everything and what was needed to fix issue. Would definitely use Paul again and would recommend.

Paul replied promptly, came when he said he would and did what we he said he would. All very smooth and efficient.

Paul came out, diagnosed the issue and went to get the part. He was back in 30mins and swiftly completed the work. The tap is now working as if it's brand new. Paul is friendly and explains what he's doing and shows you. High standard of work. 

We discovered that there was a slow leak coming from the bottom of the toilet. Paul carried out a diagnosis and the cause was a crack on the back of the porcelain cistern that extended from top to bottom. To remedy the issue, we needed to purchase a new toilet which Paul kindly sorted for us.

He returned today to fit it and the job was carried out efficiently and with care.

Paul is a kind, courteous and lovely man who certainly knows his trade. He will always be our first port of call for any plumbing issues.

We cannot recommend him highly enough.
