Paul responded very quickly to enquiry, gave reasonable estimate and came promptly to do the work. Despite being very fiddly, he soon completed the job and left everything very tidy. 

A pleasure to meet him and highly reccomended.

Very happy with Paul - he responded quickly to my initial inquiry. He worked quickly and cheerfully in what is a rather small space. The cloakroom looks a million times better!

Paul arrived introduced himself. I took him through to the kitchen. He told me it would be a bit fiddly and I would need a new waste unit. He then took 2 pictures on his phone. I asked him for a ballpark figure, he said he would get back to me. He left and I didn't see or hear from him again. I would not recommend him if this is the way he treats customers. He wasted my time, I had another plumber telling me he would be able to come over the same day. I told the other plumber that I already had a plumber coming out to me. The result of this was me not being able to use my kitchen sink for another 2 days and I am disabled and had to carry washing up water into the bathroom to get rid of it.

Further to my contact upon receiving the review above, I would like to extend my sincere apologies again for the delay caused which was due to the plumbing merchants awaiting delivery of the part, as explained. I was aware that you had a bucket under the kitchen sink as a temporary measure for your washing up and I am so sorry to hear that this needed to be emptied upstairs. This is an exceptional situation and I would like to reassure you that I always try to deal with plumbing leaks as a matter of urgency. My apologies again for the inconvenience caused.

I would highly recommend Paul. He was very helpful and did a perfect job, which was quite difficult. Nothing was too much trouble and I happily give him a perfect 10/10.

Paul replied immediately to an evening inquiry and arrived promptly the following morning. He carried out the job - social distancing - quickly, efficiently and at very reasonable price. A professional and friendly guy - thank you Paul for keeping things going during lock down. Highly recommend.

Paul proved to be very efficient. He arrived on time stated, gave lots of friendly advice, his charges were very reasonable and he left the work area clean and tidy. 

I would highly recommend him and will certainly use him again if required.   

My neighbour was in need of a plumber as her toilet had become blocked. I got Paul Smith's number from Safe Local Trades and told discussed the nature of the job and that it was a bit grim as the toilet pan was full and that I had checked the manhole outside and confirmed that it was clear so, as far as I could tell, it was just the toilet u-bend which was blocked.

Paul was still happy to accept the job and said he would be there late afternoon. He arrived on his way home and in a short space of time the work was completed and everything was tidy again.

Paul charged a reasonable amount and the customer was very pleased with the service and quality of the work.

I would highly recommend Paul to anyone and will definitely be using him again in the future.

In the current circumstances I was worried about finding a plumber.  As this was a small job, Paul was willing to come, for which I am very grateful, and he soon had the tap repaired.
