This is the second time I have used Paul, his service is excellent. He did a power flush for me and stayed until nearly 9pm on a Friday night to get all the air out of the system, how many plumbers would do that!!

I would recommend him to anyone, excellent service and a clean and tidy worker.

Polite, punctual, efficient, straightforward, unobtrusive and friendly. And the bill was surprisingly little and therefore a wonderful relief! He came the day I called and at the time we agreed. He didn't do any unnecessary work but found the root of the problem, fixing it immediately, giving us helpful, simple advice on how to repair the damage created by the leak.

I would use him again without hesitation, thankful to have discovered him through this website.

He responded very promptly to my enquiry and arrived that evening to have a look at the cistern. He took photos of the parts so that he could match them and then returned yesterday to fit them; he had it fixed in no time at all and the cistern is now working perfectly.

I phoned Paul and he came around the same day. The noise was caused by a faulty water inlet seal. Paul explained this and replaced the seal. Excellent service.

Paul was able to visit within 24 hours of contacting him and although it turned out the problem was a simple fix, he was very nice about explaining it to me. Would not hesitate to contact him again, especially as he was so willing to respond so quickly.
