He was 100% friendly, punctual and talked me through his activity, he was sorted in about an hour. He was polite and had good customer service. I would highly recommend him and will definitely be looking to have him quote on some home projects in the near future.

Arrived on time, talked me through checking procedure to find fault and carried out repair. I cannot recommend Dario enough; he did a quick and speedy repair, nothing was too much trouble, excellent job.

Lovely guy, on time and worked quickly and efficiently. My boiler was in a mess and needed cleaning, testing etc. Dario did the whole job for the price as quoted. It probably took longer than he expected, so great service. Thanks and would definitely recommend.

Dario was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable. A couple of days before he was due to visit he called me and explained some checks I could do myself to help narrow down the problem, so that he would be able to diagnose it quicker when he visited (and therefore save me some money).  

On the day of the appointment he arrived on time (and phoned me 15 minutes before to let me know he was on his way). He worked very quickly and efficiently, whilst explaining exactly what he was doing and why. He helped familiarise me with my boiler and explained some additional checks I could do in the event of any future issues. He was very tidy and cleaned up as he went along. A full record of works undertaken was provided by email as soon as he had finished. I am now reassured that the boiler is working correctly and I will definitely be asking him back each year to service it.  

Very quick and efficient. 

The water was running hot and cold, which is not pleasant when taking a shower! We thought that we would need a new unit but Dario was able to fix this, which we were delighted with.

He also fixed a problem that we had with our boiler not working with the timer - he made the necessary adjustments to rectify this.

I rang Dario yesterday and the Landlord's Gas Check and boiler service was carried out today.
