Dave came to assess the repair needed, quoted for the job and gave an approximate date to fit a replacement window.
Comments:
He confirmed the time he would call and arrived at that time. He quickly replaced the window and cleaned up after. He was efficient, friendly and did what he said for the price quoted.

Dave had fitted a new composite front door for us back in October 2019, when he also replaced several double glazing window panels which had blown.
The ratchet mechanism on the door had recently become very stiff and it was difficult to lock - we phoned Dave for any tips to free up the ratchet - Dave said he would come round and take a look. He came over later that afternoon and spent 30 minutes tweaking the mechanism until the ratchet worked perfectly. This is exceptional customer service , especially when the door was fitted over 3 years ago. We will definitely be using Dave again when we need any windows replaced in future.
