Dave contacted me very promply and worked efficiently.  If problem continues he will investigate further.

Dave came quickly to assess the problem when first contacted. He then referred to his catalogues to identify the parts needed and came back to check some measurements. He ordered the parts and came to fit them. He was prompt on each visit. He had a friendly manner but clearly knew the subject. He worked quickly and tidied up after himself.

Following his work the door is tighter and quieter to lock than it has ever been. He even advised on where to purchase a low threshold door that we will need soon.

Dave came straight away. He said we had good glazing, it was  coated glass and we would be wasting our money for minimal gain. He checked our front and bifold door and  made a few adjustments.

He is replacing one unit as another firm replaced it with ordinary glass.

Honest, straightforward advice, how rare is that? He has saved us a great deal of money. No wonder his reviews are so good.

Dave's quality of work was excellent and I would recommend him.  

Dave turned up on time and throughly examined the doors seeing what adjustments could be made. After several measurements, Dave honestly said that there was nothing that he could do adjustment wise to remedy the situation. We discussed other alternatives.

His detail to attention and honesty is brilliant. 

Dave was very friendly, his communication excellent and work was undertaken to a high standard with no mess. 

Dave helped me out with a couple of issues with my front door and a leaking window. He is a very nice man and very helpful, I would highly recommend him.

Dave had fitted a new composite front door for us  back in October 2019, when he also replaced several double glazing window panels which had blown.

The ratchet mechanism on the door had recently become very stiff and it was difficult to lock - we phoned Dave for any tips to free up the ratchet - Dave said he would come round and take a look. He came over later that afternoon and spent 30 minutes tweaking the mechanism until the ratchet worked perfectly. This is exceptional customer service , especially when the door was fitted over 3 years ago. We will definitely be using Dave again when we need any windows replaced in future.
