PGS Property Garden Services completed work on my son's property in Stamford, leading us to hire Daniel for projects on both my property and my brother's, who resides next door. 

The scope of work was significant, and we are extremely satisfied with the outcomes. My brother's garden underwent a complete transformation, featuring a new lawn, edging, a large patio, and a water feature. Given his learning disabilities, I commend the team for their kindness and attentiveness. 

They also installed a spacious patio for me, demonstrating their expertise by addressing drainage issues from the previous installation and ensuring the new patio was properly constructed. 

Communication throughout the project was excellent, and it was impressive to witness the team's hardworking ethic and stamina. Daniel demonstrated professionalism throughout, responding promptly to all enquiries, and he clearly takes pride in his work and reputation, providing outstanding customer service. 

Overall, a first-rate job executed by a top-class company.

From the outset, Daniel was prompt in responding to my enquiry, and we scheduled a visit. I was particularly impressed by his attentiveness to my requirements, especially considering my two dogs and my concerns about the best location of the fencing. He offered valuable insights that expanded my understanding of the possibilities beyond my initial expectations.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.

Daniel was punctual during his initial visit for a quote, and the first impression was very positive. He demonstrated excellent responsiveness i.e., he would always do what he said he would e.g., if he said that I would get some paperwork emailed by Friday, I did receive it on Friday - very consciencious and professional.

Although the scheduled work was delayed due to rain, communication regarding the changes was outstanding, keeping us informed throughout the process. When the time came for the work to commence, I was working in Asia but my wife provided daily updates on the project. She described the team as polite and approachable, noting that they explained everything clearly without being condescending. Most importantly, she felt at ease with their presence, even when she had to leave the house. Being 14 hours away, it was reassuring to know that we had reliable, trustworthy and respectful workers on our property.

I plan to invite them back to quote for further work as their serivce and dependability is highly valued.

We purchased our home a year ago and undertook a complete renovation of the property. After finishing the internal construction, we sought quotes to revamp the garden, which had remained untouched since 1981, necessitating significant work. 

I was particularly impressed with Daniel's clarity and transparency in his detailed quote, which itemised every aspect of the project, allowing me to understand precisely what I was paying for. 

His communication throughout the process was exceptional - texts, emails, and face-to-face; this was really helpful to me in accommodating my busy family life. For instance, when the turf delivery was delayed, I was promptly informed, giving me the opportunity to walk my dog before their arrival. 

The team was outstanding—trustworthy and friendly. With four children, including a curious four-year-old who engaged with them, I felt completely at ease having them on my property, especially since my husband works away during the week. I was also always made to feel that my questions were valid and important, never once feeling that I had asked something foolish.

They maintained a clean work environment, and on the final day, they thoroughly jet-washed the back patio and front area, leaving everything immaculate.

The end result is amazing and I would, without any doubts, recommend them 100%.
