As we gradually became aware over the years, our previous gutters had been badly installed to incorrect falls, so that when it rained heavily we had what I can only describe as “water features” cascading from the gutters past our windows front and rear.  

From my very first meeting with Adrian to discuss solving my gutter problems, he came across as a very professional, trustworthy, polite and friendly tradesperson. He answered all my lengthy questions with patience, and his knowledge was very reassuring. He ran through the various options he could offer me, so that I could make the final decision. He promised me that the quotation he would work out for me, would be the price that I would pay and that was indeed the price I paid on completion. 

At the end of that meeting, I felt very confident that I had found a tradesperson I could trust to effectively carry out the work I needed, and to do so within an agreed quotation. 

He kept in touch with me regularly by email, and also readily answered my phone calls. If there were any delays he left me know immediately. He was totally reliable. 

I can’t fault the work Adrian and his team (including scaffolders) carried out. Once the scaffolding had been taken down I could see just how neat and effective my new gutters looked. Adrian and his colleague had done a brilliant job. 

And in the recent thunderstorm with driving rain we recently experienced, the gutters worked perfectly… no leaks anywhere. To say that I am happy with the work is an understatement, and I can thoroughly recommend Adrian to anyone who needs help with their gutters.

Adrian was punctual, polite and has done a great job, he was very tidy and clean. Very happy with the work done. 

Adrian came to give me a quote, I found him knowledgeable and helpful and the work was arranged.

He was reliable and on time to carry out the work. The job was completed to my satisfaction and everywhere was left clean.

Adrian was providing a quote for a neighbour when I spotted I had a leak in one of my gutters and therefore asked him if he would pop over to see if he could fix it for me.

He came straight over after completing neighbours quote to check my leak. He didn't have the required part but booked me in for the following week and also to clean one of the gutters. 

He arrived on the day and completed the job quickly and efficiently. 

Whilst only a small job, Adrian is a really lovely guy and I will definitely call on him should I need any work doing on my gutters in the future. 

They did an excellent job and tidied up afterwards.

Adrian arranged for scaffolding to be erected and arrived on time to complete the work. He was very friendly, polite and more than happy to explain what work was carried out.  On completion of work advised he would contact scaffolding supplier to remove and sent an email to advise date within a couple of hours of leaving our property.  

Certainly would recommend him to our friends and will use him again when required.

Adrian came on time and carried out the work efficiently and tidely. He repaired my broken gutters as agreed and tidied up after himself.

Very pleased with the work done and have no hesitation in highly recommending Adrian and his company.
