Reviews of Pristine Gutters

Gutters needed cleaning and two downpipes had minor leaks. The gutters were cleaned and the two problems dealt with. In addition a missing tile was spotted. Very professional and clean service.

Adrian replied promptly to my contact, called quickly to assess the work and quote for it. The work was completed within one week of my initial contact. if there was ever a perfect contractor then Adrian is it. After several attempts to get various jobs quoted for recently by other tradesman and my emails being ignored then it is refreshing to come across someone like Adrian. Top marks.

Adrian and his brother did an excellent job, redesigning the way two gutters joined and flowed into the hopper. I am very happy to say that I no longer require an umbrella INDOORS when its raining. Thank you Adrian.

We needed to call Pristine Gutters to replace our downpipe & fittings at the rear of our home. This is now the third piece of work that Pristine have done for us. We received a very reasonable quote for the job and Pristine attended a few days later to carry out the work.

The team arrived slightly early for the work. They cleared up as they went along and soon completed the task. This as always was a faultless performance, and we totally recommend Pristine Gutters for guttering and other related work.

Rang to say they were coming...turned up and cleaned my guttering out. Cleaned up afterwards and did a great job. 

Would recommend and will use them again when necessary. 

Partial downpipe removal and ensuing temporary diversion was effected with due care and attention. To ascertain and to confirm that it was a soakaway system and not a storm water drain was very useful to me. Possible solutions by other specialist trades discussed in a very helpful manner. The concern to help towards a possible solution and to give good customer service was commendable. Value for money is difficult to comment upon as only minor work effected, however there is no reason to believe that any further work would not be carried out properly in a professional manner, giving due Value for Money. As always it would be wise to discuss aspects of any discounts and costs beforehand.

I telephoned the firm at noon on the 16th June, and Adrian came to do a quote at 12:30 p.m. the same day. Having agreed a price, he decided to undertake the work straightaway, and so the whole job was completed within three hours of my original call.

Adrian was friendly and helpful, explaining what the problems were and the action that should be taken, which he then completed in a professional way. The finish is good and I am confident it will have sorted out the issues that we had.
