I can't praise Lee enough, my boiler had stopped working, the last thing you need at this time of year. He came the next day and as soon as he arrived he knew straight away what the problem was and within a short time I had a working, healthy sounding boiler, heat and hot water. I will not hesitate to use again.

Have used Lee for some years now. He was due to service the boiler but we suddenly found no water coming from the hot taps. Within 30 minutes of my text he arrived, masked. He discovered the cause of the hot water issue (seized valve) and fitted a replacement. Carried out the boiler service. He is that rare breed - a charming and efficient heating engineer who treats his customers with great kindness and charges in a like manner. He made our day - you need look no further!

This was the first time we had used Smile Plumbing & Heating and we are so glad that we did.
Our heating had stopped working. After the initial phone call Lee kept us informed when he would be able to come and inspect what needed doing. He arrived as promised and was in fact earlier.
He was able to leave us with some heat and he came back today, much earlier than we were expecting to do the work
Lee is a very likeable, reliable, honest person and very helpful. He kept us informed along the way with what he was doing.
In summary, there was more of a fault than was first thought but Lee fixed it with no fuss and in a professional manner. I expected the final price to be higher than it was but we were pleasantly surprised. WE HAVE HEAT!
I would highly reccommend him and would definitely use him again.

Lee was punctual and personable, he carried out the work in a professional and fully explantory manner.
I had a number of questions regarding our system and possible changes I might want to make. Lee was patient and extremely helpful on this issue. As a result of our conversation, he fitted a new and different programmer unit which provides me with greater control of our system.
All in all, he provided great service, professional advice and I would not hesitate to recommend Lee to others. In actual fact I did just that within an hour of him leaving!

Lee visited on Tuesday morning and wore a face mask - not bad during our covid-19 crisis. Identified the source of the problem and isolated it. Didn’t have the part to fix the problem but has resolved it. It was in a very rarely used toilet so isolating it is all that is required in these trying times. Only took about 20 minutes.
Quick to respond and completed the job quickly, efficiently and tidily.
