My boiler broke down and Lee was recommended by a close friend.
After initially messaging him, he responded straight away and was able to pop over to take a look later that morning. He arrived promptly and ran through how he was diagnosing the problem, resolved the issue and fixed the boiler then ran through a service check.
Lee explained general wear and tear after servicing my boiler, he cleaned up, was friendly, explained things well and his costs were competitive.
Brilliant service would use him again definitely.

Lee is a pleasant man, easy to converse with. He speedily assessed the evidence of the water flow from the shower head, through the wall fixings of the screen to the outside rim of the bath, thence to the bath side and the floor underneath the bath.
He re assembled the screen and fittings using generous mastic threads to seal the gaps.

Very thorough. Identified issues not previously picked up by British Gas. Also offerd advice on fitting new thermostat.
Lee is friendly and helpful.
We called a few plumbers from the Yellow pages, what a let down. We didn't have a big job but we did have a slight leak in our boiler. Lee was busy but came along later in the day and was able to fix the boiler. He knew our boiler inside and out (Glowworm) and is now our go-to plumber.
Highly recommended, clean, fast and honest.
