We moved into an old house and knew that we had a fair amount of work to do in order to bring it up to date. Sean did all the electrical work which involved a complete rewire of the property.  He was extremely informative and helpful to us during the project and adapted his work to what we wanted as we initially were not sure what was required. He gave us lots of advice and suggestions and communicated with us whilst carrying out the work.

He also brought various problems to our attention, such as spotting some woodworm. He was then able to put us in contact with the right person to deal with this.

100% punctual and, considering the messy work that was being done, he always left the areas spotless.

All the work that Sean carried out was excellent. He is a very pleasant man, always polite and efficient. The bathroom conversion consisted of a complete refurbishment; having the bath removed with a new shower installed, new radiator, etc.

The old porch was cold and shabby and definitely needed some work. Sean removed the old wood cladding and insulated the walls; he then put some new wood cladding on and then stained it - it all looks really lovely now.

I have already recommended him to others and I would definitely use him again for any future work required.

I was very impressed with the service carried out by Sean. He is a friendly, professional and polite man who got on with the job in hand. He was extremely thorough with the work and ensured that all the sockets and lighting were fully tested. He also added two new socket covers as the existing ones were damaged. All areas were hoovered afterwards and left clean and tidy.

it was a job well done and one that we are very happy with - there has been no problems since. I would happily recommend Sean to anyone.
