Excellent work done at a reasonable cost and on time.

Exceptional quality of work. Kept me informed of what was being achieved. Explained how the new fittings worked. Checked all the fittings were in correct working order and that we completely satisfied before leaving. Gave expert advice on how to improve lighting efficiency in the home. Sean loves things to be neat, tidy and properly finished so his work looks amazing. He was happy to include extra work (eg the outside sockets) while he was on-site and is clearly a highly competent professional. Sean is lovely to have around, and I have already booked him to come back for other work. Highly recommended.

Work done quickly and efficiently.  Any debris was cleared away.  This is the second occasion that he has done work for me, and if/when other work is required he will be first call.

I rang Sean as I wanted to ensure the property was safe and needed to get the problem fixed as soon as possible.  It was near Christmas and many Electricians I had already tried were too busy and could not help. Sean had lots of work on and told me straight away that he was unable to undertake the work until the following week. However, he then discussed with me what the problem might be and what to check and then he suggested an alternative Electrician.  No one else had gone to this much trouble.  I did get the problem sorted out by someone else, but I will definately try Sean again in the future.  It was refreshing to find someone so helpful. Sean was first in and last out of a three month renovation. His help and advice were great, not only regarding the electrics, but general building and decoration also.

He recommended some innovative new LED lights for inside and out and pointed us in the direction of suppliers other than the usual high street stores. We are very pleased with the result.

I needed an Electrical Check on my new bungalow. As I have used Safe Local Trades previously that is the place I go to for help. I did some research and contacted Sean. Sean arrived at my new home the day after I moved in and after a chat he did a brief assessment of the work required. He explained in laymans terms what he had found and said that he was happy to carry out the neccessary work. He came and carried out the Electrical Check first, this took several hours and I could see that he was meticulous in his approach to his job, he had a definite method! A few days later he came back to fit the electric shower, having advised me on possible options. He arrived at the agreed time, he was polite, tidy and thorough. He showed me how the new system worked before he left. Two weeks later he returned to sort the other jobs. As the jobs would be fairly messy, it was agreed that I would have a few days away. I felt happy and settled about giving Sean keys and confident that he would do a great job. I was not disappointed; when I returned home I was thrilled at the outcome of all his hard work. (Sean has a Henry Vacumm cleaner, I could see that he had cleaned up and he made sure that the bungalow was neat and tidy before he left.)
