I needed an electrician at short notice to replace my shower unit prior to hospital admission; Sean bent over backwards to accommodate this requirement, albeit he couldn't immediately give a precise date and time. However, once his availability to undertake the work was confirmed, he kept me informed of delays in other jobs/likely arrival, etc. and attended on schedule, completing the work professionally and cheerfully. He even charged me less than originally quoted as the job did not take as long as anticipated! As a lady living on my own I have to admit the thought of the disruption of having to get the whole house re-wired was a worry. I have to say the respect that Sean showed for both my home and belongings is very much appreciated.
