Paul had carried out some work in my local area and therefore I was able to view his standard of work prior to employing him. He is a really great guy; friendly, professional, very open and honest, and he took the time to explain everything clearly.

He and his colleague turned up when they said they would and even stayed a bit later to get work finished.

They were courteous to both us and our neighbours and they left the property meticulously clean upon completion.

After my parents passed away, we decided to refurbish their entire house, which included cleaning the roof.

From the outset, Paul demonstrated a meticulous approach, conducting a thorough inspection of the roof and clearly explaining his plan to handle the old tiles without causing any damage. He was exceptionally friendly, no pressure, and he provided a quote that he adhered to throughout the process.

Despite the house being detached, he took the initiative to cover my neighbour's driveway with tarpaulin after she expressed concerns about potential mess. Upon completion, the team left everything spotless, including the walls and gutters, and even took the time to clean and sweep the driveways of both neighbouring properties. You would not know that they had even been there.

The quality of the work is outstanding; the roof now looks brand new, and everyone who has seen it, including my nephew who is a builder, have expressed how superb the work is – it really has the WOW factor.
