We were impressed from our first meeting with Brett, when his passion for and knowledge of trees was obvious. He spent considerable time with us, advising on the work required. We received a quote in a timely manner which we considered good value for money.

Three days work were planned and the team arrived as scheduled each day. They communicated with us whilst carrying out the work when decisions were required.

We are very happy with the quality of the work, consideration shown for the neighbours and the tidiness of the site on leaving. We also received follow up regarding care of the replacement tree.

In summary, we can recommend this company.

From initial contact to final invoice, Brett was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. In fact the whole team were! Prices were very reasonable.

Woodcraft Tree Services Ltd are an extremely talented team of tree surgeons. From quote to payment, every single aspect of the job was faultless.

Adherence to Health and Safety could not have been more strict, and I found this very pleasing.

Advice was given about the best time to carry out the job to minimise stress to the trees. This was imperative because the whole aspect of the job was to reduce the trees for safety reasons, but to still keep them in place in the garden.

All members of the team were clearly very knowledgeable, polite, and extremely driven in their chosen field.

The work was carried out with great attention to detail and with great care taken to prevent any damage to our numerous sheds, shrubs and plants. 

It was a joy for me to spend the day around a team of polite, talented and proficient tradesmen.
